Eligibility to work

All roles

All applicants must be 18+ at the time the season starts.

This can vary slightly depending on the specific role, however for Lapland this is generally November and for our ski positions generally you will start in December.

Passport requirements:

Ski Positions – For most of our roles you are required to hold either an EU passport, residency in the country you wish to work in or appropriate visa allowing you to work in the EU. (Please note a UK passport is no longer an EU passport)

We will however be able to accept applications from UK passport holders only for our Chef positions and qualified nanny roles.

Lapland Positions – We can accept applications from UK or EU passport holders. Please note if you are applying with a UK passport you will be required to have the appropriate number of Schengen days available for the duration of the Lapland season.

For the Finland representative role you are required to have an EU passport or right to work in Finland.
